Expeditions to Kilimanjaro, overcoming physical and mental boundaries, and ‘off the beaten track’ cycling holidays in Vietnam: experienced cyclist Claudia van Aken has an impressive list of active adventures on her ‘been there, done that list’. And recently she decided to follow her passion, and start her own travel organization, offering adventurous cycling trips at multiple levels, making these bike challenges accessible to everyone. The website that we developed for her has an extensive filter to clearly show the many types and levels of cycling trips. The site is linked with a convenient ‘lead management’ spreadsheet for now, making sure that all leads (even without an extensive booking system for now) are automatically entered into a ‘mini CRM database or lead management dashboard. In the long term, this website can easily be linked to more extensive booking systems.
Travel Happiness Company
Nicole from Travel Happiness Company started her compnay with a basic website that served it’s purpose for the first few years, but now that the company was growing, the website needed an upgrade in terms of flexibility, SEO capacity and user-friendliness. We were able to help Nicole take the next step. The result: a website that radiates 100% Travel Happiness atmosphere, has Nicole’s personal touch all over it, and has a colorful “Latin America” atmosphere, of course with a strong SEO-focused foundation “at the back”.

Based on a completely new corporate identity, there is now a great travel agency site, that offers Norway Adventures’ wide product range in a more organised way. Kingfisher Tours needed a new website, because the old website was outdated in terms of technology and mobile-friendliness and the new product category ‘group travel’ had to be more prominently promoted. This travel agency site is the best example of a site that already generated a huge number of bookings, but after an extensive analysis of the user and booking data, we lifted the new design to an even higher level.

From travel blog about Denmark to extensive accommodation and inspiration platform. The Tura Travel website needed a little love and a bit more structure, so we gave it a completely new design. The website not only looks better, but has also become much more user-friendly. Shadows of Africa
After their great success on the English-speaking market, Shadows Of Africa is ready to enter the Dutch market. The new Dutch website not only switches from Magenta to WordPress (hellooooo SEO strategy!), but there is also much more emphasis on ‘special travel offers’. In terms of design and positioning, the site is fully focused on the wishes of the Dutch market: a more high-end special travel offering of custom made safari packages; That is of course something we like to be a part of at reisbureauwebsite.nl! When a successful travel blog about cycling and a provider of cycling holidays join forces, you know that there is a super cool website challenge! Because how do you retain the ‘travel blog’ character, but restructure it in such a way that the commercial goal is achieved and trips are actually sold? This is a question we often receive from customers at reisbureauwebsite.nl and Build Your Travel Bizz and this has now become one of our favorite specialties. A fun multilingual project!
Sable Tours
Marcella and her South African partner Pieter have been successfully running Sable Tours for years: a travel organization specialized in luxury trips to Africa ‘in style’. And they had a clear idea of what they wanted from their new travel agency website. “We would like a website that matches our luxury trips, with plenty of space for images, without making the site slow. Oh yes, and a link with our booking system, so that the data of customers who make a travel request are directly entered into the system and we have less manual work.” Done!

The team behind Rando Reizen consists of experienced entrepreneurs from the travel industry: Ronald & Wendy ran a campsite in France for 13 years and co-founder Marjon has 40 years of experience as a specialist in hiking trips. The experienced travel entrepreneur behind Pure Croatia already had a successful website, but wanted something simpler: less products and a more structured online booking process, so the back office could be more streamlined, and less customization would be required for her and her team of travel agents. No complicated filters, but a good connection with the booking system. And also the holiday homes had to get a good position on the website. After an impressive career as a commercial director for large retail, FMCG and medical companies, Philippine Van Der Putten decided that it was time to start his own business. In no time she has created a truly special range of trips for the elderly! Packed with unique experiences and guided by tour guides with a background in healthcare. SpiTravel
If you know the two men behind SpiTravel (and their stubborn dog Spidey), you will immediately be excited to explore Madeira with them. We really wanted to let their enthusiasm ‘jump’ off the screen for this this start-up online travel agency and we succeeded in this very well, even if we say so ourselves! All the knowledge and love that Dion and Ferry have for ‘their’ Madeira was poured into great texts and inspiration trips by these starters.
Lost In The Souk
A website for a starting travel agency that exudes luxury and shows Morocco at its best. Special and unique, but without too much fuss. These tourism entrepreneurs figured it would be better to get off to a quick start with a few good tours, than installing all the bells & whistles that they wouldn’t be using yet. And that’s a clear strategy that we can agree with at travel-agencywebsite.com! The website was quickly launched, within a few weeks and this energetic and fun Belgian start-up team is already fully up and running now!

The nice thing about the customers of reisbureauwebsite.nl is that they are often experts in very special niches. This also applies to Nathascha from Dogtravel: she runs a successful dog training school, specialized in training sniffer dogs. When she took over travel organization ‘DogTravel’, she wanted to create a clear website where people do not have to ‘search’ for the most suitable trip, but can easily find what they are looking for: from search holidays to fireworks-free holidays with the dog, wine & hike holidays and dog-friendly holiday homes. A ‘fast online’ Booking Magnet website that we are proud of!
Miradouro Travel
Daan had just graduated from a tourism academy, he had a spontaneous idea to start a travel organization and in a blink of an eye his online travel agency website was online! While Wendy (our accounts specialist and marketing coach) developed the site structure and briefing together with Daan, Daan organized his registration with the Chamber of Commerce, got the necessary insurances, guarantee funds, etc. And while Michel, our web development specialist, built the site, Daan started selling, developing trips and writing texts according to our step-by-step instructions and BAM ! In a few months from “just an idea” to “fully in action”. What a great and super personal travel agency site this has become!
Met Plezier op Vakantie
The website launch of ‘Met Plezier Op Vakantie’ was not only a website launch, but the launch of a completely new travel agency for the Dutch market. The entrepreneur behind this travel agency has years and years of experience in the travel industry and this new online agency already had a very extensive product range to showcase. The wish list was clear: not only the tailor-made trips had to be fully in the spotlight, but there should also be an availability calendar and a strong booking form should be created: indispensable elements for an efficient sales process when you have so many tours. What an enormous challenge for Frans and his team to create all these texts and fill the website, but the end result is impressive!
Buutvrij Reizen
A unique travel concept that had to be explained very well (solo travel, but with a safe and relaxed starting period in which the first weeks are arranged for you). But: we didn’t want the website to have too much text! We went for a clean, safe atmosphere that directly appeals to the target group. What a great niche that Marc chose for his online travel agency, and we think it’s great that we were allowed to set up the site for this unique new travel concept!
Young Travel Company
The old website of Young Travel Company was technically outdated and was missing some important SEO opportunities to rank higher in Google. The new website meets all modern requirements in terms of (SEO) technology, and mobile friendly design, and has much more personality. The unique design fits 100% with the brand of Young Travel Company. It distinguishes them from their competitors and positions this family oriented travel agency as the Go To travel specialist for small-scale and personalized family trips.
Waddenbeleving
Waddenbeleving has signed up for on of our “free page design” promotions and Jopie was so excited about the page we designed, that she immediately decided to launch a whole new website with us. Together we created a modern and inspiring design and developed a website that sells the amazing experience of the Dutch Wadden Islands. We like to think this is one of the best Wadden Islands travel agency sites that exists!
Amsterdam Beach Apartments
The apartments of Amsterdam Beach Apartments were previously only bookable via booking.com, but there was always the ambition to also have their own booking website. Main goal: a basic site that could go live quickly, for immediate more bookings and higher margins. The website was live in no time with minimal information, so that bookings could be processed immediately and the content will be further supplemented in the near future by the entrepreneurs themselves.
Local HideAways
The Local HideAways website was outdated and was therefore no longer as user-friendly as desired. By looking critically at each page, we have given it a completely new look. Not only more beautiful, but also truly unique, matching the style and target group of Local HideAways and 100% aimed at convincing the target group.
Peter Pan Vakantieclub (Transavia)
There was a lot of unnecessary information on the old website of this Transavia owned travel project. We loved working for this project, because they have such a great mission: they send kids that are chronically ill on well-deserved holiday. We improved the website by determining what was and was not necessary for each page and by doing so we were able to make the website much clearer.
Active Algarve
From the Algarve, the founder of ‘Active Algarve’, previously an IT specialist, will now offer active holidays such as golf, tennis and kitesurfing holidays. Not seen in the traditional way from the accommodation, but more from the activities booked. So no tours for this project, but activities that must be able to be creatively combined in packages. This website is a super fun ‘non-standard’ challenge, a ‘startup’ website project that makes us enthusiastic!
Nepal Inside Out
We were approached from Nepal by the Belgian Maaike and her Nepalese partner Chuda. Their old website gave errors, had problems loading and it was very difficult to adjust things yourself. The site was also built using a heavy ‘standard’ theme, which made the site very slow and unclear to visitors. More emphasis had to be placed on exemplary trips and the ambition for the future is to gain more control over its own bookings, so that the organization can operate more independently. A situation that we recognize with many of our previous customers and that we at reisbureauwebsite.nl can certainly solve!
Idlildi Travel
A passionate traveler with a special connection with India, who is taking the step to start his own travel organization. This ‘quickly online’ website is currently being decorated in Idlidi’s corporate identity colors. Including multiple destinations and smart SEO pages for specific products such as city trips, luxury trips, solo trips and weekend getaways.
LAGG Reizen
What a super-motivated entrepreneur is behind start-up LAGG Reizen! Travel to the Caribbean, Suriname, South America, but also Europe and different types of travel such as city trips, tours and beach holidays had to be given a place. A clear menu structure and a good basic offering were central when designing this start-up website. This website is currently in the design & construction phase.
Holland Bike Tours
99% of the travel organizations that approach us for a new website are outgoing small-scale travel specialists. With Holland Bike Tours we have a great new challenge: a super experienced incoming travel specialist with an extremely extensive and successful travel offering for years. This customized website will have an extensive filter system and a link with the TravelSpirit booking system.
Viveti
A multilingual holiday home platform with a special range of luxury holiday homes and boutique hotels, fully tailor-made with a truly appropriate high-end appearance, that was the wish list with which experienced catering and real estate entrepreneur Bart Hardeveld approached us. Whether we could build that, and whether we could also advise which connections and tools were really needed at the start, since the travel industry was completely new. Of course we can! After a number of customized coaching sessions, the website is now being designed and built.
Actief in Tsjechië
The website of ‘Actief in Tsjechië’ suffered from a common ailment: the current travel agency site was built using a WordPress theme that was quite heavy and inflexible, and the website also wasn’t too well suited for SEO purposes. We are now working on a clean, fast website, both in terms of design and code. A future-proof website with an extensive product filter and efficient booking tools, so that visitors can easily find what they are looking for and time can also be saved in the back office.
Tanzania a la Carte
What makes the Tanzania a la Carte website special is that it is the only safari website where people (in addition to tailor-made trips) can also book their entire safari trip online themselves: from inspiration and advice to checking availability and payment. This tailor-made online booking approach, combined with a super extensive range of inspirational tours, separately bookable day tours, accommodations and rental cars, makes this bilingual website a challenge that we at travel-agencywebsite.com are happy to tackle! The website is currently being filled with content and will go live soon.
Puur Canarias
Not only a new website, but also a completely new company name: under the new name Puur Canarias, Yaiza Travel decided to make a fresh start. The website had to radiate more “Canary Islands” and really showcase their “special small scale accommodations”. Also it should be super simple to use, and it should be especially strong in terms of SEO technology. During the strategy sessions we helped Micky & Kees devise the new booking flow, we made smart choices for additional (SEO) pages in the site structure and Micky is currently working hard on filling the content of the website!
Vakantieduiker
The old Vakantieduiker website contained many long pieces of text and few visual elements. There were few call-to-actions and it was difficult for visitors to find their way through the extensive travel offering. A missed opportunity to generate more leads with the website. After a number of strategy sessions about the purpose and structure of the website, an innovative design was created, in which people can search for their ideal diving trip much more flexibly and via different thematic entrances. A fresh, modern and new design and a logical route, thanks to the use of clear call-to-actions, a good user experience and a logical customer journey.
